• All beans are sourced from the foremost high altitude African coffee plantations, where the beans are hand picked to ensure consistent top quality. Africa is the continent where coffee originated e.g. Ethiopian coffee from the Limu region is indigenous and grows in the wild!
• All beans are made only from the highest grade Arabica beans
• All beans are made from freshly roasted green beans, and consumed/sold within two weeks of roasting (coffee generally loses about half its taste and aroma two weeks out of the roaster)
• All beans are made using the purest filtered water
